Unaltered & unstitched

With original tags & packaging intact

⏳ Timeframe

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
📦 Process

Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for exchange.

Ship the item back to us (shipping costs borne by the customer).

Once inspected and approved, we will send:

A replacement of the same product, OR
-
An alternative item of equal value (if the original is unavailable).
