Returns & Exchange Policy

At BinSaqlain, customer satisfaction is our priority. To maintain the highest product quality and ensure a smooth shopping experience, we follow an exchange-only policy.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn & unwashed

    • Unaltered & unstitched

    • With original tags & packaging intact

⏳ Timeframe

  • Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

📦 Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for exchange.

  2. Ship the item back to us (shipping costs borne by the customer).

  3. Once inspected and approved, we will send:

    • A replacement of the same product, OR

    • An alternative item of equal value (if the original is unavailable).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Pre-orders or customized items may not be eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
