🌍 International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 14–20 working days after payment confirmation.

• Customs clearance or international courier delays may extend this timeframe by 5–7 working days.

• BinSaqlain is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

📬 Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.

• If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

🔑 Open Parcel Policy (With Refundable Deposit)

• To open your parcel before final payment, a refundable deposit is required.

• If you accept the order → deposit is adjusted in your bill.

• If you refuse the order → deposit becomes non-refundable (to cover delivery costs).
